'GlimMerfen' originated from a vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, familial venture with recipes passed down over generations.

Marco Rossi, our pioneer, acquired the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with veteran pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her ambition was to emulate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and the most exquisite ingredients.

Starting as a humble pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unaltered. We persist in employing traditional wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough freshly each day, and seeking out top-tier ingredients.

To this day, 'GlimMerfen' is still operated by the Rossi family's succeeding generation, who steer our enthusiastic crew. Even as we've adopted contemporary innovations, at the core of our enterprise is the same: forging delicious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
